New Year's Resolution: book five sessions and get your sixth session for free!

It's hard to say how many sessions a client will need, or how long each one should be, although between one and a half to two hours is normally the best session length. Likewise, six sessions spaced at least a couple of weeks between sessions is a good rule of thumb. Block booking 6 sessions between November and January means that you'll only pay for five!

It's a good idea to arrange an initial 'consultation' before engaging in coaching, to make sure that you can get the support you're looking for and see if the coaching relationship will be right for you. I charge £10.00 for a half-hour consultation, which will be discounted from your first session.

I normally coach in the Chepstow area, but can travel within reasonable limits. I can also do telephone and Skype-based sessions at a slightly cheaper rate.
