After years of teaching, lecturing and sports instruction, Terry has been able to turn the skills he has learned in this time towards one-to-one coaching, which brings its own challenges and rewards. Having been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Terry is able to use his personal experience as a valuable tool to offer skills development in the workplace for people with 'Neurodivergent' conditions such as Dyslexia, Autism or ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), however the increasing demand for help with Stress and Anxiety-related issues has helped Terry understand more fully the gift he has for helping clients with problems in this area as well.
Terry became a kidney donor in 2012 and intimately understands the barriers that Stress and Anxiety can present; he has fought his way through many life upheavals to gain academic and professional achievements such as high degree and teaching qualifications, awards for dedication to sport and events he has had a hand in managing, and has spoken to audiences at Cambridge and Anglia Ruskin Universities about Adult ADHD, in addition to other seminars and webinars he gives on this subject.
Terry is also part of a group that has successfully campaigned for comprehensive support for ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and other 'Neurodivergent' conditions to be incorporated into the manifesto of one of the major political parties in the UK.
Terry has achieved ILM Endorsement in Neuro-difference Facilitation, and Diplomas in both Neuro-Linguistic Programming ('NLP') and Life Coaching. He looks forward to meeting you!
